Hot Drinks

At Footsteps the welfare of the children is the most important thing, our hot drinks policy is to form part of our Health & Safety policy.

• A staff room is provided for the staff & visitors to consume hot drinks
• Hot drinks are not permitted in the classrooms
• All hot drink making equipment is kept in the kitchen, the other side of the locked safety gate. The office has its own kettle.
• No hot drinks are allowed in the garden

All staff, students & visitors are made aware of this policy.
